Return & Refund Policy

At True Cowgirl Collective, we are committed to honesty and transparency. Because we feature both products fulfilled by U.S.-based dropshipping partners and products offered through affiliate links with third-party retailers, return and refund procedures differ depending on the type of purchase.
1. Dropshipping Orders (Purchased Directly Through Our Store)

Order & Payment: When you place an order directly through our website checkout, your payment is processed by True Cowgirl Collective. The product is then shipped to you by one of our U.S.-based dropshipping partners.

Returns: If you wish to return or exchange a dropshipped product, you must notify us within [X days – e.g., 14 or 30 days] of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Affiliate Purchases (Purchased Through Third-Party Retailers)

Order & Payment: When you click an affiliate link on our site, you are taken to a third-party retailer to complete your purchase. In these cases, your order and payment are processed directly with that retailer, not through True Cowgirl Collective.

Returns & Refunds: All returns, exchanges, and refunds for affiliate purchases must be handled directly with the retailer according to their policies.

Limitations: True Cowgirl Collective cannot accept returns or issue refunds for affiliate purchases, since we are not the seller of record.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Dropshipping Orders: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away with photos. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue promptly.

Affiliate Orders: Please follow the third-party retailer’s process for reporting damaged or incorrect items.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items, including digital downloads, personalized products, and certain health or personal care items, may not be eligible for return. This will be noted clearly before you purchase.
